Contact Form Demo Page
This page is for testing different contact form plugins. Here are some of the factors influencing which contact form to use:
- Cost – Some plugins are free, but features are limited.
- Input – We’re looking for an attractive input form.
- Output – We’d like output that’s nicely formatted.
- Interface – We’d like a user interface that is intuitive and easy.

Below is an example of a form created by the WPForms Plugin. Learn more about the features here. Benefits include a very easy to use interface. It is free for basic forms like the one below. For multi-step forms and other features the cost is about $80 per year. This form is configured to send the output to the firstname.lastname@example.org email address. Although the form seems similar in appearance to the included Divi form, the output that gets sent is probably better.
